Jiayu Zhou '20 spent her Hanna Holborn Gray Fellowship studying Philadelphia's Chinatown.

Jiayu Zhou 20 surveyed the business community of Philadelphias Chinatown and the Mandarization of its linguistic landscape. Named in honor of Hanna Holborn Gray 50, the program funds 15 students each summer to conduct independent research in the humanities or humanistic social sciences.
